  Choosing this place to stay was the best idea I have had in a long time. They have a lovely kitchen, which guests are allowed to use. I cooked every... read more night but one. They serve wonderful breakfasts of pancakes and french toast and the like. I did not partake in those because I am watching my weight, but I could cook my own eggs in the morning if I wanted. It was the homiest, most wonderful place! They have a laundry which guests may use. They rent trucks for a bit more than half the price than the competition for guests who are staying with them. The owners took an old building in disrepair and turned it into a wonderful, cozy, luxurious home. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving advice on where to buy what, grocery-wise, cultural advice, directions, etc.I intend to return, and I will stay nowhere else. The owners, as the owners from many places in the North, are from Southern Canada. I only hope they do not decide to move somewhere else before I have the chance to return and stay a month!!! More

The kitchen was well stocked for the help yourself breakfast.

Illu is a boutique b & b which has been fully renovated and shows like a new home, it's comfortable - and clean. The owners don't reside there so its similar to a boutique hotel too.

Our host Cynthia made us feel right at home.... read more The b&b was modern, comfortable, and welcoming. Cynthia gave my mother and me a fantastic tour of Cambridge Bay. The b&b also provided an ample amount of food to make breakfast and dinner with. If this is your first time booking an Airbnb, it was a great experience. Unlike a hotel staying at an Airbnb helps one to feel as if they lived there.
